It's taken you 30 years to calm down, that is some strop! :)

Don't park in that car park, morons like to damage cars for fun, park further up by the estate then walk down, I'm going there next fri I hope, your welcome to join me

The walk down from the estate isn't bad...but....the walk back up when yer cowld and wet and tired is a killer....:D

thanks m8 forgot to mention we fish mondays and thursday this week at red light.... the week after were thinking about the beach

The walk isn't too bad both ways. To be honest once you've got up to the car park it is mainly flat going the rest of the way up to the viaduct which is where I usually park.

And besides, if there ar two of you it's easy enough for one to wait at the car park with the gear while the other walks up to the car

park on path outside of the 4 or 5 bungalows , just before the railway bridge , car should be fine . when you get on the beach walk left about 800 yards and fish . tides best are 3 up 3 back.

thanks to everyone for advice... I now know where to park can i fish to the right ?whats the ground like ?etc etc

theres 1 small patch of smallish rocks slightly rightish from the path leading onto the beach ,where the old sewer pipe used to be , if you look upto the viaduct and walk till inline with the 2nd arch , your into clean ground , this carries on all the way along to blackhall rocks. its all sand .... and oh !! if you do fish to the left be carefull of the ledge thats formed on horden beach now .
