Been a long time since I visited forum as I stuck it out in Wales for a couple more years. Have now swapped Suzuki 30 for a 50 efi engine so boat planes much easier. Boat is now lodged at Bridlington boat launch. Had a trip out a couple of Sundays ago. Weather was spot on but fishing wasn't up to much ( compared with what I've been used to anyway). I have a Garmin GPS chart plotter with a load of wrecks shown but none named ( just shows "wreck") so I've since been trawling the Internet trying to name the ones on the chart. If anyone has a list it would be much appreciated. I was probably using the wrong tactics in any case (8 oz weight and hockeye lures). Found a wreck on the GPS but could not see it on fish finder and it was at 40 m depth - nothing caught there. Ended up fishing off Flamborough Head, caught a small whiting. Chopped that up and caught a couple of dabs. Hope things will improve as summer progresses.
