I\'d just like to jump up and down on the spot with me hand in the air, shouting Sir, Sir, Sir (Miss?) I think The Smugglers at Roker is a great place. If you don\'t know where it is, keep going past the pier parking bit, over the mini roundabouts, past the jurassic era amusements and it\'s there! At high tide you can spit from the doorway and hit surf. It\'s a well known spot for NE musicians, jamming sessions, open spots, guests and regulars. Guest ales, stellas and scrumpy (
