Fishing Roker Pier Sunday Night

looking at the forecasts mate it might be shut.
To tell you the truth I havnt done much sea fishing lately because I've been traveling around the country trying to find a speciman carp (with the old man). I would say its been around 2 year since I was last out on a full winter night seshion. But as I've been hearing so many good reports latley I didnt wanna miss my chance of a winter cod. So that why I'm heading out but so far I'm by myself and I'm not too happy fishing piers at night by myself just incase. So just wanted to know if any of you are heading over roker sunday night.
Well I fished roker last night with no joy all night not one single bite, just crab after crab and to top it off when the sun rose I seen what I thought was a seal in the water but I was wrong, about 100 feet infront of me was easily about 6 porpoises arching in the waves....... If only I knew they were there at the start of the night, I would have moved to sheilds pier.oh well better luck next time.

I did accually wear the hoodie last night and it was really warm, wish I could say the same about my feet :-( can you not get personalised heated boots? Lol
