Flatfish in the Tyne

Anyone know any good muddy flats where the flounder congregate on the south banks of the Tyne?....I know a few north side but got a comp coming up and looking for a good mark. Any ideas??

I've noticed from your recent results that you need urgent help! I have it on good authority that Costco at Gateshead is a good shot (if its in your boundaries). If it's not you could always try Hebburn Marina.

Pop up to mine iv just ran over a nail!!!! Right I would fancy a shot opposite Rm tyne just down from the where the tuxedo Royal was further down and then theres a shot behind gateshead stadium.

Anywhere next to Charlie works for me Make sure you use his rod rest and cast down his line he loves it!

Fished Blaydon yesterday,two small flounders on rag.The smallest was only abot 3 inches long and took a 2/0 hook!!!!! Never seen one as small!!
