flatties/blyth beach

im wantin to give blyth beach a go with spinning rod and baited spoons for flounders.my mate has caught loads on bait from near hole in wall at all states of the tide,he only chucks 30/40 yards,any info on the beach for flattie fishing,will be probs fishing from high tide down and in daylight

had loads of flatties mainly at low tide near hole in wall seen them caught from 10 yards or as far as u can chuck rag worm the best bait for me on a 1 up 1 down rig
