Float Fishing

Hey guys am seeing alot of ppl mentioning floats.

Am Very interested in giving it ago. Is it worth doing and whats the best set up.
I have a 9ft pier rod i can use.

Yes mate well worth trying .3 people using them on the pier today and all catching fish . It is a very easy set up to use and if you buy the float at a tackle shop it will come with the weight and swivel etc . It should also have instruction on how to put the rig together . Only thing i would do different is tie your own stop knot not use the elastic band they give you

Also try varying the depth of the bait if you are not getting bites until you find out how deep the fish are.
