The above link is about Sunderland fans not shopping at sports world because Mike has bought shares in Newcastle.It goes on to say they wont buy anything that is owned by him...

Well thats what they have been doing for years as he owns the past sponers of Lonsdale, they all helpped him buy Newcastle anyway.

I dont like getting into football topics as there is always so much feeling behind them but whats the point....sports world sells products cheapper than any other sports shop so why go and pay £55 for some Trainers in JJB when you can get the same in sports world for £27.

Very silly.

It wouldn't suprise me, there was a nutter on the telly (premier passions I think) he wouldn't eat bacon cos it's red & white, and another who wouldn't use a zebra crossing cos it's black & white - idiot, everyone knows you just need to spit on it as you cross :D
 
Apart from the odd bargain those shops are just full of tacky Shell Suits and overpriced replica shirts.
I asked the sales assistant a question at one of these shops at the Silver Link "ehhhhh emmmmmm ehhhhh hold on bud i'll gaan ask someone"
I think the "Someone" was having a Tab at the door as I walked out :rolleyes:
