? for anyone that uses Namix

They're good!

They're good!

Very good. I use them and there great for casting as a plain, and are good with grip wires too...

A few people say they can often pull out on big tides and do not grip well, but I've never had this problem. :)

Mind you, I do prefer the DCA/UK Hooks grip mould. ;) :)

I've got the namix 5 3/4 extra bullet grip mould and it's quality I've never lost bottom on a big sea the moulds are o. eBay for 30 notes mate

Do you uses plain grip wires or do you use the plastic tube on the grip wires :)

I used to use the shafts of johns sons cotton buds but found there wasn't enough groove for the wire plus tube so just used without tube find it much better and ive never had one problem getting the weight out my mould too And if peoples moulds dont hold bottom too good use a bit elastic thread around it not too much

Thanks Louis for your input, very usefull. :D

I found the namix bullet tournament hybrid (left) better for griping than the bullet flat back (right).

My fav is still the dca Beach bomb same mould as the UK hooks.

Aye, can sometimes be a problem whichever type used - usually stick a laggy band round the bottom, works a treat.

From what I remember when I was talkn to the guy who designed the outcast weights he said out of all the weights on the market there's came first in the airodynamics test and the only weight that came close to the there's was the namix and apparently all this was done in a wind tunnel

They are crap I Hate them with avengeance they don't hold bottom very well and when you reel in they seem to attract twice as much weed as any other lead poss due to the flat back design only good thing about them is the casting but I would have a dca bomb mould anyday

there a good idea but the leads are a pain in the a##e to get out of the moulds
