For sale section help

Hey guys i've been trying to post in the for sale section to see if peoples stuff is still for sale, When I go to put a message on it comes up on the screen that I dont have permission to post in this section it could be that your awaiting to be put on the site or you are banned. how do I post in this area/ get back to people who have things for sale?

u need to have made at least 40 posts oand been a member for at least a month before allowed to do so
