Foreign language

I have followed the instructions posted by 5150 concerning the foreign titles to forums, then I logged out. When I came back some time later ALL was in English until I logged in and now it\'s all Spanish again (or whatever). Any more ideas please?

BigH, there\'s a language setting in ya profile, click on Profile just to the left of Member List
