OK lads, as you know, I\'m all for giving people a 2nd chance.......let\'s just think about what Ell said for a minute......and lay off Jonny for a while.
He\'s a young lad, new to the Board and needs a bit of \"experience\" re. NESA and what we\'re about.
It may take more than a \"2nd chance\", but I\'m hoping that he\'ll come round and be a valued member of the site.

Maybe I\'m being optimistic (or is it \"idealistic\"), who knows?.......I just hope that this doesn\'t provoke another \"keep your nose out\" post....lol
