they've been trying to offload it for a long while, price has come down from 5000 grand to free and a few free months moorings

Know a lad that went to have a look, its got the same problem we have at the moment. one leaky seam, needs lifting out the water and recaulking. (might be seeing Pansy soon in the yard at the RQ for that little job)

the mechanicals are worth a couple of grand and there's 50 ton of firewood if nowt else

That boat has been on ebay for months, something like that needs a very heavy wallet to put it right which is why it hasnt been touched.
