fresh squid

does anyone know where i can get fresh or frozen squid and how much is it now? while since i been out on the boat.

Hi Mate
My mate buys it direct frozen from the chinese supermarket in newcastle for £1-£2 per box. I hope this helps I will ask him tommorow which one he goes to for you.

Wing Hong on Stowell street normally keep it in, last time I got some i think it was around £1.50 a box.

brookes fish monger shop in church street seaham harbour normally has boxes of calamari for £2 or so a box and fresh mussel

wing hong have 5 lb boxes of sqid in for £5.50 and bags of 4 blueys for £2.75 just been to stock freezer got razor last week
