I've just had a first trip to the Chinese supermarket and I've got a big box of Squid. Is it all in one frozen lump. Is it ok to let it defrost a bit and then rewrap and put back in the freezer or is it a hammer and chisel job?
Is it as effective if allowed to defrost a bit then re-frozen?
