alreet lads,
am planning on freezing some peelers,never done this before always used fresh whats the best way to prepare them,any advice would be appreciated.
i make sure all the lungs are out and as much shell as possible off the crab if not all of it, get a bit kitchen roll lay them on that and a piece on top of the crab to dry it off then clingfilm tight straight in the freezer other people may do it different but thats how i do it and iv had no problems at all.
i do it the same way brashy,only i use a bit of alumium plate in the freezer leave it in there for 24hrs as i do the crab i place them on the plate in the freezer for 10mins and there rock solid then rap them.it works for me very well i might ad.
