Can anyone help me and let me know where you get the Jaffa and silver foil tape from?

Jaffa tape from builders merchants or roofing merchants , I think there's half a roll on the boat somewhere if you want it , silver foil . I've got a roll you can have if you want it ,I got it fro Aldi , it's a different pattern but has the same effect as the stick on catch faster stripes you get for the pirks, you still need shrink wrap or a coat of sealer of some kind after applying the foil though or it will just come off. Waste of time and effort all of it

If your going out early season, take bait, ie; worms squid, muscle, just in case they're not on the pirks/shads etc.
