Getting the buzz back for tomorrow.

So Jim of North Star is up next to try and put me on the fish at last and after a couple of days depression, I am right up for it again. Replenished some tackle and buying some from Jim tomorrow. I got a few rippers and have squid, cooked prawns in their shells, plus will catch some fresh Mackerel in the morning. As always have hokkai's, shads of all colours, muppets and gummi maks.

Hopefully all bases covered and if I fail again you will never hear from me again..................ever! Easyfish, Stevie-r and Linking are joining us, so it could be competitive! Whatever happens we will have a laugh for sure.

Watch this space!! :)

Wish you all the luck mark. If its anything like the day me and norbert had today u will be well chuffed! report will follow later once if finished filleting

i wish you luck, but don't get disheartened if it does not go well. I think it will be very difficult fishing tomorrow with a very fast drift most of the day.

its your hols m8 enjoy them if you get some fish its a bonus anyway best of luck to you and the good lady. enjoy the day out

Good luck you two, we have had 2 days at it and had mixed results....fish a drop every drop some wrecks and others dead as a door nail.

Drift has been quick but both days we had spells of wind v tide and ended up perfect...just enjoy it and as normal shads and baited lures doing best.

You are such a little ray of sunshine Norbert! :o

big tides are interesting...makes boat fishing tricky but by no means impossible.

rule of thumb is ...the bigger the tide, the deeper you should fish...
a 5 m tide in 15 m water is relatively much stronger than in 50m

sometimes at peak flow (we had 1.6 knots today at peak flow) its wiser to have lunch and a tea...or catch some mackies than losing tackle on a wreck

all possible tomorrow

....but tricky
