pulled into to st james park

been trying to google who it might be - possibly this chap

AKA Crown Prince Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi

reportedly paid 9million quid for a 999 number plate for a lambo!

now if only my first conclusion turns out to be right!
