Well, I suppose this is a catch report really so should be in the catch report section ..... however .... it`s been so miserable in the boat section lately with weather reports and the like I feel this may help liven it up 
as the title says , good post bad post, I`ll keep the bad post seperate cos it may open to a good thread who knows ................. so , the good bit.....
out today (sunday 21st aug 2005)..... can`t remember when I`ve caught so many fish ...... LOL
most put back cos they were small juvenile fish but loads of catch and release, tens of codling great fighters, loads of coalies, loads of scotchies and a few whiting ........ a number of mackerel but not as many as I thought.
but the best was the bigger coalies on the distant wrecks LOL 2 to 3 lbds two at a time (sometimes 3, or two and a mackerel ) wow what a fight they put up :0)
great day, the highlight being a 9lb ling to crewman Neil less than a mile from shore on hard ground on unbaited pirk .......... well done Neil mate.
