Gopro Camera

Aye have looked at a few underwater cameras but most only go to 5 -7mtrs. Gonna wait until they're a bit more rugged for depth (although that one looks quite strong ... ( :) need to get to 120ft :) ) )
I use an Optio W20 on the boat it's fully submergable to 5 mtrs.... but I've not had the courage to drop it in a bucket of water :) :) . I got a submergable just to be water proof to splashes..... :rolleyes:

I've got a water proof digital watch. It actually helps me get fishing.

I wear it when I wash up, this puts me in the "good books" with the missus and then I'm aloud to go fishing the watch still works - :D:D:D:D
 
The jfk has had one for ages, i have also fancied one but then i think what would i really get out of it....its a video live feed one i was after.
 
Thats very close, with 60m of cable...it would be good for sand banks, rough ground and the odd close in wreck when the water is clear.
 
I've just downloaded the video my mate emailed to me, quite impressed with the quality, my rudder anodes are fine but the prop anode has gone, and the hull looks like Bin Ladens beard, so it's coming out in the next week for a make over...a quick make over that is..:D

Don't worry Duncan he will be :)...just ordered the antifoul it's International Micron Plus...£93 off EBAY...:(. Anyone got any views on electric polishers, the soft start, variable speed ones..:question:
 
I think the most I have been down to is 56 meters and I think Mark still has the computer on my BCD to show it although this was in warm water and in a relaxed environment so I would hate to be dragged up from this depth at speed from one of you's lot!!!

Got to 8 meters at South Shields on the Chandris???? been a while now and gave up through lack of visibility so would hate to waste money on a camera for inshore wrecks on the NE coast.

Lisa did manage to flash her boobs mind, through the portholes of a Cypriot sightseeing submarine from out of her wetsuit at about 40 meters to a group of Chinese tourists, thought I had epilepsy at the time with the amount of flash bulbs going off but survived it.

Got the video somewhere, will have to dig it out.

never used one,but seems like a good idea to me,seen lads using them on their cars:)
 
My mate got the camera to clamp to his handrail and leave switched on, it'll last 6 hours, so he can record his wrecking trips. Would be nice to lower over the side and record the fish coming up from the depths.:)

Marc ypu will have to sort that video out, everyone will be wanting a peek at that :red:
