there is a shop selling a new range of gripper moulds or flat back, check it out on e/bay, here is the item number.

If they're owt like the FAKE DCA mould I bought from him I wouldn't bother.

Maybe I should buy one, copy it and sell them on ebay and see how he likes it.
 
theres nothing new in that idea me and sinkermanallan discussed doing something similar by chopping the back off a dca beachbomb mould sometime last year im sure allan actaully made one, agree with you about the snide dca ones he sells they are shit
 
yes i have got two like that had one for about 18 month now. i have got one of his dca ones and there crap!!! i will be keeping well away.
 
I can't believe he's had the cheek to register these moulds with the patent office, after he's very blatantly copied DCA moulds (very poor copies as well).
 
lets hope he has made a good job of these or i can see someone getting seriously hurt as the dca gripper mould i got off him didnt fit together properly all the lead just poured straight out the bottom i chucked mine straight in the bin
 
someone should leave him neg feedback about the dca ones as they are the worst copys i have seen. He asked me if the one i have got one ebay at the minute was a real one or a copy.
 
I was going to Allan but I thought he'll just do the same and didn't wanna spoil my 100% positive feedback so I just didn't leave any feedback.

I also bought a couple off the other ebay bloke selling copies without knowing, I sent them back for a full refund.

If anyone needs a grip lead mould Billys have some that are very similar and much better quality than these crap copies.
 
i did not know they were copies, who is the guy bill that has got some gripper moulds, are the bomb shaped.
 
trafford angling do the same ones as billys there good moulds well made fit together perfect they are aquazoom shaped they sell for 19.99 on ebay id left the feedback for the other bloke before id actaully tried it as it looked ok.
 
well the feedback will say it all if the mould is as bad as the last one i got off him. lol
+ need some new moulds as two of mine have giving up this week.

Well i know i said i would never buy one but i got it offered at a good price so i bought it and the out come is i made two and had to file the mould as the leads was pouring out alover the place it still leaks abit but not much.


i wont be buying another one
 
i was told if a company is out of buisness and production for three years the patent no longer exists ,i dont know how true this is but that is what i was told.cheers john
