Fished again today, quiet until it got dark then the whiting showed up, one every cast, kept us busy so a good night. Took rag amd mackerel again.

Your liking Marsden beach mate I've fished it quite a lot and never had a cod it would make them steps a lot sweeter if I was humpin a cod up you would think that beach chucks them out with the ground were fishing on

Only live 5 mins away, had some canny cod this season so far, but from Camels area, only 2 from the beach.

My uncle told me the three shelves or the 40 mph Mark checks out good fish but I have had far to many cod blanks to give more time to them marks

I live 5 mins away aswell but never fished marsden beach, TBH I wouldn't know where to fish though I was told, I think on here to fish to left of Marsden rock. I just never got round to trying it, but reading Davys reports it seems to fish well. For him at least.
