Had a few chuck of shields Groyne this morning. Nowt much happening, then had 1 slack liner, caught up with it, and thought I was into a nice fish, got it in and it wasn't what I was hoping for...

I got one codling from the harbour side at the toilet block just over 2lb and a couple of whities. Not much off the end though.

Ha, nice fish. I had one off seaham 31cm earlier this year and they feel a lot bigger than they are, probably with that giant head
