Had a few hours on the Hall last night. Got there about half tide and fished until an hour after high water; nowt special but plenty of fish, mainly Whiting with a couple of Flounder chucked in for variation.

The littlest of the Whiting, only took the pic for the species hunt...

Same again for the Flounder:

Baits used were Rag, Blacks, Bluey and Squid and the fish took Rag and Bluey about evenly. All the fish came at short / medium range. Had another rod out at long range with big baits but never got a sniff on this all night. Was still getting double shots of Whiting when I packed up at just after half midnight.

nice lil session m8 ,my mate was down also trying for a bass think he only had undersize codling tho

A few fish to keep you busy ain't bad. Next time the seas away could be chance of a codling or two on the hall.
