anybody reccomend which pier for high tide in the morning?cheers lads.

Make the drive and fish the ebb off the end of Shields as the sun comes up. Should be plenty codling especially with these tides plus it could throw out allsorts at this time of year including Sole and Spotted Ray...

If you are only interested in Hartlepool piers then I'd stay in bed and enjoy your sleep...

the end of the heugh. plenty of fish but mostly undersize. expect dabs with a few whiting and small codling. might be the odd coalie down the side.
