Went on the Heugh at about 2:30 pm came off at 8pm. Sea running lovely. Caught 2 flatties and a rockcodling. All safely returned. Used Ragworm and Squid.
One of the lads on the pier was determined to catch a big cod. He was using peeler and fresh dug runny down. (3 x worms and peeler on double hook). Unfortunatly did not see him or anyone else land Cod.
Lot of disappointment but people just happy to be out.
A pleasant day all in all.
