Hawthorn to Horden

What is the ground like between Hawthorn, Easington and Horden?

Are breakout leads ok or rotten bottoms needed on my pulley rigs.

I fancy coming up to fish the Seaham open but haven't fished the area.

its rough ground most of it u will need rotten bottems unless u fishing from up a hight lookin at the weather fishing over the sand mite b the best unless the wind changes and the sea gets up
