plannin an all nighter this tuesday any one know hows its been fishing overt that way would be greatful if someone could keep me posted:D

Fished the Heugh of Saturday 10am to 6pm Not bad as i was leaving a few lads were pulling in codling, laods of flatties. Weather was still and fairly warm. Supposed to get colder by Monday night.
 
cheers mate il give it a shot tuesday night been for a look just to see what the sea was lookin like looks like there's a bit of a swell running can only give it a try and hope for the best

was it that bad:o to be honest i think that place is too over rated im only goin to the huegh cos it looked as tho there was a bit of good water running today always worth a shot there when its like that
 
it is and it is,t overated,some times all the conditions are perfect.and you can come off after a long sesh with zilch, other times with the same conditions it,s just magical, fish and big ones all over the place, every angler hooking into cod ,my best was 9.5 ibs but iv,e seen much bigger ones landed. i think it,s all about timing and luck but if you get it right it really is brill.:red::red::red:

Im still new to fishing ive only realy fished steatley but i have just changed to the Heugh and IMO of limited knowlege the Heugh is fishing better than Stetly.
 
i tend to find the huegh is more productive all year round really especially through the winter for whities but hit it right and your in for some good cod too mind you sayin that hit it right on steetly and you can catch more than you can carry suppose its just the same as every where else
