Hello and fishing report SLEEKBURN WATER

Hello - well done on your fly fishing section.

Like many sea anglers I dabble in fly fishing.

Fished SLEEKBURN WATER today 12 till 4 lots of trout caught seemed to be caught mainly on black buzzer. Sleekburn fished poorly during the heat of summer but has started fishing well.

The weed seems to have died back quite a bit.

great report and welcome
ive never tried fly fishing but im hopefull for the future,mainly carp fishing with the odd go at pike and tench up at bolam lake,took up sea fishing again in june of this year and havent had a chance to dust the old carp tackle off as yet,fingers crossed ill divide my time between the 2 this year,still hoping for the first double sea or lake im not fussed lol
