help appreciated

Hello chaps,got the sea bug last year but still didnt have much luck catching,in the beginning of the year i saw a post on here with a link that shows some of the "hotspots" to fish,the link took you to the google earth map and the guy had kindly added these places on,does anyone know his username so i can contact him to get the link or find his post.
i intend to find out best conditions and places for myself as i dont want to ask for any secret info from guys that have spent years finding out sor themselves but any info or tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
