u could get a couple ov mint older models plus change for the price ov the new models and what great looking rods thay are still are all depends how stiff u like them dont think iv ever felt a butt as heavy as the rakata thers that many rods now hard to pick what suits but gl getting the right rod m8 m427 seems the rod all the rock lads use

i dont like century thats the problem the ttr is a horrible ros new wr300 has no feeling eliminator very top heavy and only tried the zeteque and m427 su in the zippy range not a fan lol

looking at buying a conoflex anubis just wondering if anyone has 1 or used 1 hurd there a good rock rod with plenty of feel??

If you buy one and don't like it phil you'll take a massive hit on it cause nee one buys them.my pal had one and he said it was a pile of crap.

Out of curiosity how much are they? Never had a conoflex but i thought they were a big name and top build, being british and all that

That would be my recommendation - love mine! All my Centuries & Zippies etc. are now long gone...... not silly money either - about the same as an SS brand new & you won't take a big hit if you don't like & decide to sell on.
