leeda icon ultra power beast of a rod for the money only drawback is they weight which is approx 925 grms quite a heavy butt £135 makes me wonder if we are getting ripped off for badges and named brands

had a look at a lads leeda icon , and their very good for the dosh well built, sliding reel seat, captive reducer (slides in and out) and a top quality rod bag with it, didnt feel that heavy and was quite pokey too, lots of the lads on here would deffo use one for the rough stuff, well thats if it had century or zziplex wrote on it.

9 times out of ten u get what u pay for are the leada rods going to be ok in 5 year? a cheap car drives but for how long?lol

Mines got them bngs or whatever on it and no problem, unless yer drop it like

I reckon the retailers probably buy them off century for 200, which is understandable as they've got to cover overheads etc. not pendulums or otg's

had my ron for years now still going strong £99.99 davey the leeda is a serious bit of kit mate tip is not as stiff as ron but brilliant mines here anytime you want to fish with it mate might just be my fav rod out of the 20 i,ve got lol

thers plenty feeling in my wr i can get it bent double on a cast a couldnt belive it when a saw a video of it casting over my head and bite detections mint ideal for rockmarks get ther heads up asap outa the kelp ive used century rods for years and years always be my favourites now but its your party mate all the best ol plummy
