ok lads iv just swapped a rod 4 a tiga its charging now lead acid battery the battery has a button on it dose tiga batterys have a button on or could it b a cheapo 1 and how long do thay take 2 charge thx paul

the battery should be a VLRA SEALED BATTERY or replacement 1,s can vary but are usally yuasa alarm batterys from maplins you can leave them on indefinatley but charging times are 10 to 12 hours depending on the length of time you have used it and in the summer when not so much in use you need to charge it for a while to keep the battery in good charge state once fully discharged charge imeditally as for the button i do,nt no hope this helps.

Yes Paul, the original tiga batteries do have a switch/button on them. If your light ever goes off whilst in use try the button first.
