is there a knack to opening a greys mag7? i'm pressing the release button and trying to rotate, but can't feel any movement! don't laugh if i'm doing something wrong - help would be appreciated.

help

spool changing-1hold the reel vertically with mag control end plate facinng upwards, 2 depress the spool relase catch. 3 hold down the release catch,grip the knurled ring and twist cloclkwise.

The end plate dont move, its the silver knurled ring that moves to unlock the end plate
Can be a touch stiff if never opened before
