It is just before Morrison's mate were the resteraunt little Italy is straight in front of there bigger the sea the better but only in a northerly any southerly and it brings in loads off weed

Fish whitburn beach is a better low water shot and you can walk lol

Would be my advice

The prom can fish over low, theres just better places to fish

Id avoid both if the seas flat though

I've heard its decent behind latimers too where the boats are, not sure though

Only fish Whitburn (to the right of the steel) on small or medium tides. Anything bigger and it dries out.
