Can someone let me know where to fish in the hendon area,did hear of fish coming off the docks but have been told your not supposed to be there

You are no longer permitted to fish to fish in the dock area for so years now, but there been fish been caught off the prom but the the size of fish ? But fish have been caught informed from my mate codfather145
