From what I know the water was stocked by a club which didn't materialise. Basically it's good free fishing.

Had a 3 hour session today, landed 3 good bream, the boys had small roach, Rudd and perch. Will post pics of bream later.

It's opposite penshaw monument, drive past the skate park down to a small pond with an off shot canal type stream with pegs. It's free fishing and I'm doing well. I've heard lads and seen carp, also seen small tench and eels being caught.

Here is the pictures, Not sure on the weight as my scales had broken. But I guess they went from 3 to 4 pound.

mate of mine fished hear yesterday and had a Bream 3lb a tench 1lb 10 carp to a pound each perch to a pound lots of Rudd.this pond must have been stocked.

IANG. its about 300yards from your car i would say use a trolley if your disabled mate.

The perch fishing is good, there are plenty and a few around a pound mark, Maggots work well in the deep part of the water and spinners work too.
