Heworth roundabout

Just a heeds up lads.

I was going to graft this morning and drove over a brick on the road when going around the roundabout, totally goosed a rear tyre.

Seen a few the other day when going around but managed to avoid them, not this morning though

There falling off the small roundabout wall so be careful.

I will ring Gateshead council tomorrow and tell them though they must already know about the problem.

Went over a curb stone that had moved yesterday morning on this roundabout, the side stones seem to be coming away. Have reported to Gateshead council highways department, but nothing done as of noon today.
It will cause an accident if not corrected.

probably take them 2 weeks to fix it and have to close the roundabout for that amount of time

Friday morning 11:00 hrs on way to Moonfleet. Roundabout appears to have been repaired, loose curb stones have been removed along with other bits and holes filled up.

thats a quick repair, they cant even cut the grass up where we are
