is there any beaches or mixed ground marks that fish well for coddies on a rough sea and high tide? must be north of tyne and not too far away from newc. i'm hoping to get out tues or wed night but no low tides in darkness. thanks :-)

king eddies bay m8 oxfauld or the prom in rough sea's can see some canny fish caught. tynemouth bathing pool, not the skeer the actual pool. sluice end of blyth beach could be worth a shot.

am leaning towards king eddies was talkin to me dad who used to fish around there years back, rekons its a defo a good shot when theres a sea on. tears up the sandbanks n brings in the fish apparently

If
the sea has dropped away enough, the bottom of the ramp a Charlies garden Seaton Sluice could chuck a couple of descent fish out to peeler.

If this surf gets any bigger you could try some where like longbenton, north side or windy nook, south side LOL

Good luck if you get out on wednesday lads.

too dodgey fishing any coastal area or rock marks or piers way that sea iz best off in any estaury or river mark beaches will be too much to handle your lead will be on the beach as soon as ya know it and weed will be a pain ..wait till it drops off for best results ..gudluk and stay safe all ;)
