Got the line in for 7pm - First six chucks, six fish - all whiteys - 3 keepers. Then nowt and all went quiet and so gave it up by 11pm. - I was the only one fishing on the slab - A Lad coming off fished the end and said he had caught 6 rockling and had passed a couple of lads fishing the blocks who also were into whiteys. Bait used runnydown, rag, macky. Probs give it another go tomorrow night to finish the bait off. Planning to fish the Humber estuary for the first time on Monday night and will hopefully post a report (or not). :yltype:

Yeah - beats el blanko mate - hopefully Monday on a different venue will be productive - never fished the Humber area before so it will be pot luck regards baits etc.

Yeah, its got some canny info on it - probably fish Paull, of behind Makro or Hessle foreshore, (nice easy ones first) - Will be down this area on a regular weekly basis, so no doubt will try a few marks before moving onto the coastal areas on both sides of the Humber. Immingham, Easington etc. Anyway, will post any reports, however not to sure if anyone would be interested in any reports from these venues.
