Holy Island

Can anyone help me out re HolyIsland?

Some colleagues of mine are heading up to Holy Island at the end of Jan next year having hired a cottage for a few days. Can anyone offer any hints, tips, marks and bait etc... Having never been there before any help would be gratefully appreciated. Fingers crossed the weather isn't going to be too bad.

lovely place to be,im sure lads on this site have info,but im also pretty certain that lads on the BSA site have fished there

I've always fancied having a shot on the Island myself but I've never heard of or seen any reports about shore fishing off it. Just looking at the sat. map and viewed from the causeway I would have a go from the top right corner of it. It would be good to hear from anyone who has actually fished it.

boat fished off the island many times but never off the shore.Call into the castle pub and have a word Im sure someone will give you some pointers
