Horden north end 2:30pm - 5:45pm

Decided to use the last of my bait on a mini-session. I had 6 fish in total, I kept 3 as they were gut hooked. A few cod about, biggest I saw was just over 3lb.

Cod was 1lb 9oz, whitie was 1lb and the coalie 1lb 5oz

I had some nice whities like that last week. Yet to score with a cod.
Next Monday might be the day going to order meself some frozen runny. some rag and i,ve just prepared some squid which is in the freezer.

LoL it was a good combination. Homemade fishcakes, homemade chips and homemade mushy peas 10/10 if I do say so myself lol.

Mick, try defrosting and re-freezing the squid a few times, the smellier the better. I normally buy much more than I need, then take it all down. Bring it back and re-freeze etc etc.

Forgot to add all fish were taken on lug, rag runnydown and razor. The razor proved to be still deadly, as it outfished the bloke next to me who was using peeler!!!
