North end 5pm - 1am

A bit of a swell going when i got down, breakers were starting about 60yds out. Still no cod though. 17 whities, 4 coalies and a flounder. All went back alive. Crabs were few and far between for a change and I managed to leave baits out 20 mins, until the whitie started. Lug,rag and mussel did the trick. Nice to see coalies on Horden beach, they were a first for me. The whities were quite small bar 1 which was a shade over a pound.

thinking of the hall beach or the north peir at seahm
want to be home for 8 pm tho to watch the sunderland boys beat man city 2/1 lol

Were you fishing the comp??? Next time your down bud have a looksie up the north end, chances are i'll be there.

There was at least a dozen people fishing white rock when i was down, there was also an old bloke about 20yds right of me that kept bringing fish to me and asking if they were size. He was loving the fact there were so many fish about, bless him.
