Horden 6/12/09

Fished horden today 3-7ish nice bit of roll on not much doing though, managed 2 good sized whitys myself over the pound mark and me marra pulled in 3 the best going to about a 1lb n a half. My son hooked into a beauty and was well chuffed with himself after playing it for a good ten minutes or so (he is usually a coarse angler) it made some darting runs and he just lost it off in the surf, certain it was a bass the way it was pulling his rod side to side, He is just as happy as if he had caught it saying its a new catch and release method he is trying out My father and me mates father blanked unfortunately, but it was a good enjoyable session out all the same. Met up with mike (treeboa) and had a good bit crack on, nice to meet you mate. Enjoyed the 4x4 ride back off the beach laughing my head off at the screaming going on from the passengers

Me mate is winning 5-4 on the catches, cant let that happen for long though

aye was a fun session ed, one whiting for me, your lad looked a bit annoyed at loosing that one, shame as it had one hell of a bend in his rod, i thought the had a snag when i first noticed

your passengers want to be glad they not with me, i splashed in and out of the river a few times to get the clag from under the warrior, saves me jetwashing the thing today
