Horden Beach

can you get close with a car to horden beach, directions please im not as fit as i was and me mate is disabled but fancy giving it a go

you can park up next to the houses and walk down as your car will get tourched in the car park mate.its easy going down but getting back is a killer i hate the walk back in the winter with seatbox full of gear and floatation suit on.should be some nice flattys kicking about now not fished down the for a bit now.

If you`ve got a 4 x4 you can drive on .

horden beach is a 15minute walk from were you park your car. If you have got a 4x4 you can fish from blackhall to the northend of horden. I have been told there is dogfish and thornback rays showing on the beach aswell as whities after dark.

last time i was down there was feb. Never been fishing for months now part from a couple hours up the river.

was down there yesterday fishing with the whole family (all nine of us) and only me and my brother caught. only 2 small flatties for four hours fishing.
