fished horden high tide down for 2 hours. many knock but not connecting ...fished two rods. lost summit nice on the retrieve with long range one .on a pennel pulley size 3.0 . blanking on the 2 hook flapper/scratching rod close in so chnaged to wessex rig size 1 and connected with 1 whiting that made the difference from blanking...as usual law demands it i would have ran out of worms mack and squid when whiting cometh so i headed home then . would not bother with the photo of the whititng it was just about size. some others were fishing but had the whiting much earlier then i did ....think one calmish nites like this i will prob stick to size 2 rigs ...the whiting came in on the lowest snood on the wessex rig .
