How do i peel a peeler crab?LOL

This may sound like a stupid question but i am new to all this sea fishing. So if u know how to do it please can some on explain thanks. :thumbup:

my way of peeling a crab

my way of peeling a crab

a demonstration i done on my site


take a crab and remove the legs and nippers with care bend them all direction to make sure shell is broke from body

picking the under shell off

after picking away the bottom side of shell you shud be left with this
then remove the side plates

after the side plates are moved the top shell should be easy to remove

when side plates and shell are removed you will need to remove the lungs

the very fine shell behind the lungs shud be removed aswell

left with a nice size peeled crab

also the nippers and legs can be used which also provide a decent bait-up

all ready to use immediately
or freeze for another days fishing
