How do you post photos?

How do I get photos on the thread now with the new site. I just got used to the old one with the cibs thing. Tried the 'manage attachments' but files are too big. I used to just put the '400x500' in to resize them as it uploaded.

Is there an idiots guide to print like on the old site?

Never got me head around the NESA cibs thing, I use photo bucket, dead easy, and it resizes them for you, here's the link.
