Fished the Rumbling Kern at Howick this morning from 6am till 11am lovely day for it,bit of a roll on the waves,so started off with loosing me footing and sliding down the mud bank on me a--e and box nearly on my head me mate behind me laughing his socks off,pulled me sell together and told him you will do the same !!! and he did i was pmsl .Anyway started fishing getting some good knocks but nothing come of them,then me mate (tony) got 2 rockling one after another then nothing.I might have blanked but was great getting out,might try again on sunday but south if anyone got any ideas wheres fishing past marsden way.Added couple of pics some lovely views from there.

Yes Sid thats the Docs House,i will deffo be going back its a good place to fish but just watch your footing it gets rather muddy and slippy
